We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business day. However, during busy periods, it may take up to 2 business days.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. For example, if you place an order on Thursday, we usually ship it on Friday, but it might be delayed until Monday. This processing time does not include shipping time.
We recommend keeping an eye on your shipping updates. For orders within the United States, we dispatch from multiple local warehouses nationwide. For orders outside the United States, we will ship from our China warehouse via international couriers such as UPS and FedEx.
All orders come with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days after your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress through our tracking portal.
