Srikel Limited Warranty Policy

At Srikel, we are committed to delivering a fresh pickleball experience with high-performance products. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pickleball products. We stand behind our products and offer a limited warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

  • Pickleball Paddles: Covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Pickleball Nets, Balls, Bags, Apparel, and Accessories: Covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. P.S. Any pickleball net purchased after April 1, 2026, is covered by a six-month warranty.

  • All returned products must show no signs of use and be in resalable condition. Otherwise, the refund will be refused.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchase directly from the Srikel website, Srikel stores, or an authorized dealer. It does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, please provide proof of purchase with any warranty claims.

Manufacturing Defects

What is Covered?

  • Defects in materials and workmanship

  • Structural failures not caused by improper use

  • Premature wear under normal use

What is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and fading

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Disclaimer of Liability

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

  • Srikel reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
