Conditions |
Paddles must be returned in their original packaging. In addition, they must be in brand new, or slightly used. Items returned in damaged or heavily used condition will not be accepted. If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale. |

Paddles are considered damaged if they have removed stock grips, stained or odorous grips, scuffed, cracked, or blemished edge guards, scratches, dents, or any signs of heavy use deemed "damaged" by Srikel. Srikel reserves the right to refuse return requests at its discretion. |

Refund Issuance |
All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, issued through store credit, or exchange. If original form of payment is no longer active or we are unable to process the refund on original payment method, you will receive store credit for the same amount. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of when the gift order was placed, and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit or to the original purchaser. |
For accessories, bags, erasers, and paddle covers, we provide a 10-day exchange service from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items may be returned within 10 days, incurring a 20% restocking fee. All exchanged or returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging; used items will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our return requirements, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you have any further questions, please email us at support@srikel.com.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot process cancellations. If you wish to cancel or return an item that has already been shipped, please email us at support@srikel.com and return the items for a full refund.
Pre-orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped. Please contact us at support@srikel.com to initiate the cancellation.
